Sarah Roskill
Sarah specialises in portraits of children and has a passion for capturing likeness.
Sarah studied History of Art at University and after a decade long career in the fashion industry she returned to painting in 2020.
She lives in Hampshire with her husband and three children and paints in her studio everyday. Her love of portraiture and desire to reflect the human form is integral to her work.
Sarah divides her time between her portrait commissions and painting her own pieces which can be found in the Shop section of the website.
For her portraits; Sarah typically works from your photos and will ask for a bit of information about the sitter. This enables her to use your input when painting the piece to ensure that the sitters personality is truely reflected in the colours, pose and overall painting and to take into account where you intend to hang the piece within your home.
